ABOUT JOLINDA

Jolinda Johnson, M.S.Ed., CHHC, CSMC is an award-winning Certified Life Coach, Holistic Health Coach, and Menopause Coaching Specialist who helps midlife women heal their gut, soften their belly, and soothe their nervous system so they can feel like themselves again.

She is the founder of the WHOLE Belly Method and the author of Resilience: 10 Ways to Recover from Burnout and Exhaustion(Welbeck, 2023). A recipient of the 2021 Beautiful You Coaching Academy CEO Shine Award, Jolinda holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.S.Ed. from Pace University, where she completed the NYC Teaching Fellows program.
